The Committee consists of:

Mr. Govind Sharda, Member

The Committee meets periodically to review and address the complaints / grievances of shareholders / investors pertaining to non-transfer of shares, non-receipt of financial disclosures / reports, non-receipt of declared dividend etc. The Company addresses all complaints and grievances expeditiously and replies are sent / issues resolved usually within 15 days unless the same is disputed or requires some validation.
